At 7:50 pm on Saturday night, Lawrence County Dispatch received a call from a passerby who noticed smoke coming from the attic of a house across from the Bank of Cave City in Lynn. Lynn Fire, an ambulance service, and the Lawrence County Sheriffs office was requested.
At 7:59 pm mutual aid from the Strawberry Fire Department was requested by Lynn. Strawberry FD responded with trucks and manpower. At the time of this article crews are still battling this fire. No injuries have been reported. Crews are still on scene.
