A second round of storms came through Lawrence county shortly before 3 am Tuesday morning. Strong winds and hail were recorded by Lawrence county deputies in the Portia area and trees were blown down in the area of Williams Baptist College for a second time. Walnut Ridge Fire Department was sent to the area and reported at least one house with a fallen tree on it in the area of the college.

Black Rock Fire Department was paged out at 2:50 am to reports of multiple trees down in the area of Lawrence 210, Lawrence 220, and highway 361 just outside of Black Rock. Crews worked for several hours reopening the roadway. Some power outages were reported in Lawrence County  due to trees on power lines. There were no injuries reported from the Tuesday morning storms.
