On Wednesday records indicate that David Davis of Imboden was arrested and charged with Violation of Probation by Arkansas Probation and Parole.
Davis was arrested in March of 2014 on charges of Theft of Property and convicted on the charges in September. Davis was placed on probation, conditions of probation include home visits by probation officers. Officers today made a home visit and found Davis to be violation of his conditions. Davis was arrested and transported to the Lawrence County Jail.
