Cool fall weather is the perfect time for a warm bowl of chili. Lawrence County Sheriff Jody Dotson is sharing his chili recipe with Imboden Live readers.

1  can pinto beans

1 can dark red kidney beans

1 can light red kidney beans

1 can black beans

Chili powder (to taste)

Can of rotel

Can of tomato sauce

2 pounds of ground beef (browned)

Simmer on low for one hour. Enjoy!
