The Lawrence County Fair in Imboden is drawing closer and August 3rd 2013 is the deadline to enter the Lawrence County Pageants.
You can pick up an entry form at either Citizens or Iberia Banks in Imboden.
The cost to enter is $10, entry in the photogenic pageant is an additional $5 per entrant.
Other dates are August 10th- practice   August 11- interviews for Jr & Miss contestants-Interviews will start at 2:00 in the new building at school
August 12th the Lawrence County Pageant will be starting at 6:00pm in the Sloan-Hendrix, Bill McCurley Gymnasium.
Pageant Divisions are as follows..
Cute Baby Girl & Boy: 0-12 months
Cute Kiddie Girl & Boy: 12-23 months
Tiny Miss: 2-3 Years
Petite Miss: 4-6 Years
Little Miss: 7-9 years
Young Junior Miss: 10-12 years
Junior Miss: 13-16 years
Miss Lawrence County 17-21 years
There will no longer be upper age boys’ pageant divisions.
Anyone who has previously won a division of the county pageants can not compete in that same division again.
The Lawrence County Fair will take place August 12th-17th. The Lawrence County Rodeo – August 16th and 17th at 8:00 pm. The Car Show will be all day on August 17th.
