The Walnut Ridge Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 83 year old man from Walnut Ridge at 2:40 pm on Friday.
Ted Armes, 83 of Walnut Ridge was last seen wearing a straw hat, glasses, blue or gray plaid shirt and blue jeans. He is 6 foot tall and 180 pounds, white male, gray hair. He was last seen driving a 1989 tan Chevy truck.
