Sheriff Jody Dotson of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Charles Logan Morse, Keanon Lynn Mooney and Timothy Austin Sheets all of Walnut Ridge for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver (marijuana).
The arrest came after the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office received calls from concerned citizens about possible illegal drug activity at Morse’s residence in Walnut Ridge. Deputies started surveillance on the residence of Morse who along with Mooney are both on probation. A search of the residence turned up marijuana. All three subjects were at the residence at the time of the search.
All were placed under arrest and transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing.
