Thursday night members of the Imboden Volunteer Fire Department along with the Mayor and Council Members met at the Imboden United Methodist Church for the Annual Fireman’s Dinner.
Firefighters and their families were served dinner and visited with each other, reflecting on the past year of service to the city. Assist. Chief Steve Jones put on a presentation on the history of the Imboden Volunteer Fire Department followed by a video put together by Imboden Live of scenes throughout the year.
The meal and presentation concluded with Mayor Dearen awarding the 2010 IVFD Fireman of the Year Award to Clayton “Buddy” Williams.
