Just after 6pm Thursday October 7th a couple driving through stopped at S&H Quick Shop in Imboden. The couple from Mississippi were walking their dog when they noticed something inside a concrete block that makes up a fence in front of the store.
The items in question turned out to be a marijuana pipe and a container with marijuana residue inside. The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department was notified and a deputy was dispatched to the scene. Witnesses stated that they had not seen anyone around the place where the items had been found.
Deputy Rocky Chappell with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department took possession of the items and transported them to the Sheriff’s Office to be disposed of.
