In January, ICAC received four cyber tips from the Arkansas State Police. The tips involved a couple of online sites and contained information about an account that uploaded and tried to obtain CSAM while talking to juveniles.
The account information was linked to Gustavo Angel Cruz in Brookland, AR.
An arrest warrant was issued and executed by our detectives and Agents with the Drug Task Force on May 5, 2026. Cruz was taken into custody and transported to the Craighead County Detention Center for possession or use of sexual abuse material.
