On April 10, 2026, Jonesboro Police Department ICAC Division received a tip from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Information was provided that Anthony Keaton Graves was in possession of CSAM featuring children who appeared to be younger than 6 years old.
Information was provided that Graves, who was located at Orval Cove in Jonesboro, was in possession of a laptop containing this material.
On May 6th, a search warrant was executed at the home on Orval Cove. Multiple electronic devices were seized, and officers arrested Anthony Keaton Graves. He was transported to CCDC, where he was booked for Possession or Use of Child Sexual Abuse Material. He received a $150,000 cash surety bond and can not have access to the internet or electronic devices.
