On August 22, 2010 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Dept. arrested Levi Bradley (06/17/86) of the Imboden area for revocation of probation. The arrest came after a deputy patrolling the Portia area recognized Bradley in a vehicle and knew that a warrant had been issued for him. The deputy stopped the vehicle and placed Bradley under arrest and transported him to the Lawrence County Jail. The warrant stems from Bradley be placed on probation back on January 20, 2010 for two counts of theft by receiving. Bradley was ordered to pay restitution and fees but failed to do so. Bradley also stopped going to see his probation officer. A petition for revocation was filed with the Circuit Court and the warrant was issued. Bond was set at $5,000 and a Circuit Court date of August 24 was issued.
