Johnnie Dee Ray Scales, age 25 was arrested in Independence County on Wednesday April 28th according to arrest reports.
Scales was booked into the ICSO Detention Center on charges of:
Battery 2nd Degree w/injuries on Police, Fire, Correctional Employees
Resisting Arrest-Class A Misd.
Public Intoxication
Criminal Mischief-2nd Degree W/damage <$1000
Scales is currently being held on $50,000 bond and has a court date set for May 5th, 2026.
