John Kincade, age 53 of Imboden was arrested on Thursday evening after Deputies from Lawrence County made contact with the subject walking down Hwy 63 in Black Rock.
Kincade was found to have multiple warrants out of Ravenden PD and Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
Kincade was transferred to the Greene County Detention Center.
