Tim Davis, age 59 of Imboden was arrested on Tuesday by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office according to online booking records.
Davis was charged with:
Driving While License Cancelled/Suspended/Revoked-Misd.
Possession Of A Firearm By Certain Person-Felony
Unauthorized Use Of A Vehicle-Misd.
Davis is currently incarcerated in the RCSO Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
