On Sunday April 26th, 2026, at approximately 3:00 P.M. the Clay County Sheriff’s Dept. and Corning P.D. conducted a search at 305 Black Drive in Corning.
52yr. old William Kenneth Donald resides in a camper trailer at that address. Officers found Drug Paraphernalia in the camper. Mr. Donald was taken into custody and transported to the Clay County Detention Center. He was booked in on Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
After he was booked, he became violent and beat his fist against his cell door until he broke his hand.
He will now face the additional charges of Disorderly Conduct and Conduct Impairing the Operation of a Detention Facility which is Class C Felony.
