Lilburn Lee Rogers, 92, of Hoxie, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at his home on the morning of April 25, 2026. 

Born to Otis and Erma Rogers, Lilburn lived a life rooted in hard work, faith, and devotion to family. He was preceded in death by his parents, eleven siblings, and one grandson. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Annetta Rogers; his daughters, Shelia (Dennis) Bullard and Pam (Jay) Shempert; his sister, Muriel (Tony) Zambrano; 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren (and 1 on the way). 

Lilburn was a dedicated member of Alicia Baptist Church, where he faithfully served and found great joy in helping others. A lifelong farmer in Alicia, he spent his years working the land with pride and purpose until his retirement, after which he made his home in Hoxie. Above all, Lilburn will be remembered as a devoted husband, a loving father, and a man of quiet strength and kindness. His legacy of faith, hard work, and compassion will live on in all who knew and loved him. 

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 27, 2026, at Bryan Funeral Home in Hoxie with Bro. Dennis Truxler officiating. Pallbearers will be Lovell Nicholas, Tucker Brooks, Jason, Chris, Brice, and Bentley Bullard. Honorary Pallbearers are Pete Nicholas, Jay Shempert, Dennis Bullard, Johnathan Respalie, Dwain Poole, and Jared Brooks. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., till 10:30 a.m. 

A graveside service will follow in the Strangers Home Cemetery near Alicia.
