According to the ASP Fatal Crash Report, Larry E. Bratcher, age 64 of Smithville was killed on April 19th after a 2006 Mercury enter the path of the 2004 Harley Davidson he was riding, striking and killing Bratcher.
The accident occurred at Hwy 63-B & Hwy 63 in Hardy Arkansas according to the report.
The driver of the Mercury was not listed as injured or identified by ASP in their report. The accident occurred at 4:51pm on April 19th, it was investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
