Hoxie Police arrested Haley Marie Galbreath after responding to a residence on Raney Street in Hoxie where Galbreath was said to be “covered in blood” from breaking the glass out of the front door with bare hands. Galbreath also threatened officers, attempted to strike officers and spit blood and saliva at officers.

Galbreath was charged with:
Aggravated Assault On A Law Enforcement Officer (x2)
Criminal Mischief 1st Degree
Resisting Arrest
Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree
Galbreath was transported to St. Bernard’s via ambulance for treatment of her wounds and released.
She is currently incarcerated in the LCSO Detention Center.
