Zachery McCord, 43, of Gassville, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Careless and Prohibited Driving.
Nathan Miller, 44, of Newark, was arrested for Failure to Pay Time Pay on No Proof of Liability Insurance-Local and Violation of City Ordinance.
