67 year old, Robert Grice of Pocahontas was arrested on Saturday by the Pocahontas Police Department and booked into the RCSO ar 1:46pm.
Grice is charged with Battery In The First Degree (Felony)
Grice remains in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
