48 year old, Mike Emmons of Pocahontas was arrested by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on January 3rd at 12:55am according to online records.
Emmons was charged with Domestic Battery 2nd Degree, Class C Felony.
Emmons is currently incarcerated in the RCSO Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
