On September 17th, 2025, at approximately 6:53 P.M. the Clay County Sheriff’s Dept. received a call about a woman walking down the old highway between Reyno and Datto.
The caller advised that the woman was calling and pointing a gun at passing vehicles.
A deputy located the woman at approximately 7:03 P.M. The deputy drew his weapon as he approached her. The female at this time was reaching for something in her waistband. The deputy advised her not to draw the weapon and to get on the ground.
The deputy took 21yr. old Alyssa Lone Daniel of Union All, Missouri into custody. When the deputy removed the weapon, he realized it was a toy that looked like a real gun.
She was then transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked in on the following charges: Terroristic Threatening- 1st Degree/ Threatening Physical Injury and Assault 2nd Degree/ Reckless Conduct Creates Risk of Physical Injury.
