Authorities report that 20-year-old James Bennett Powell was arrested on Thursday.
James Bennett Powell is charged with two counts of rape, three counts of second degree sexual assault, two counts of sexual indecency with a child, one count of employing/authorizing a child less than 17 years old to perform a sexual performance and resisting arrest.
Powell is being held in the Izard County jail on $500,000 bond.
