The Arkansas State Police reports that James Andrew Tillery, age 68 was killed when his 1997 Chevrolet Blazer left the roadway and struck a ditch.
According to the ASP Fatal Crash Report, the accident happened on MC- 2059 in Marion County around 8:30 on Sunday evening.
