Carl Poteet of Imboden was sentenced in court last week for charges of Felony Battery 2nd Degree.
Poteet was sentenced to a 36 month suspended sentence, $150 court fee, $750 fine, $250 DNA fee and $275 public defender fee.
The sentence stems from a September 2023 arrest according to court documents.
