Authorities have arrested a Gassville Arkansas man was on drug charges after a controlled buy by the Arkansas State Police.
James Guiltner, age 40, faces charges of two felony counts of delivery of meth and one count of unlawful use of a communication device.
Guiltner was arrested and is currently free on a $10,000 bond.
