Brian Scott Hill, 39, of Ravenden, Arkansas, passed away at home, on Sunday, February 23, 2020. Brian was born on March 12, 1980, in Salem, Arkansas, to Rolen “Bud” Lee and Carolyn Sue Ratliff Hill.

Brian was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, neighbor, and friend. He was a proud veteran of the Army National Guard.

On August 31, 2009, Brian married the love of his life, Misti Lyn Robinson. They were married for ten years.

Brian is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry and Elsie Ratliff; and paternal grandparents, Ralph and Maxine Hill.

Brian is survived by his wife, Misti Lyn Robinson Hill, of the home; children, Taylor Smith, Kira Hill, Sara Hill, Evan Hill, Olivia Hill, Sophia Hill, Blake Belcher, and Carson Belcher; parents, Rolen “Bud” and Carolyn Hill; brother, Terry (Lisa) Hill; sister, Rita Hill; grandchildren, Joseph and Greyson Ludwick; nephews, Eric (Kaitlin) Hill, Corey Hill, and Logan Hill; and niece, Danielle Jones.

All services will be held in the chapel of the Fears Family Funeral Home, in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, on Thursday, February 27, 2020. Brian’s funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm, on Friday, February 28, 2020; Gary Moore, officiating. Burial will follow in the Yadkin Cemetery, near Ravenden Springs.

The following individuals consider it an honor to be able to carry Brian to his final earthly resting place: Frank Forrester, Danny Gifford, Michael Hurt, James Damon, Chris Richey, and Gordie Thielemier.  

The family wishes to respectfully designate Brian’s nephews and members of the Arkansas National Guard, who served with him, as honorary pallbearers.
