Shawn Lynette Russell, 50 of Walnut Ridge passed away September 30, 2026, at Regional One Hospital in Memphis, TN surrounded by her loved ones.
Born July 24, 1976, in Pocahontas, AR, to Allen and Taressia R. (Woods) Stinnett. She was united in marriage to Heith Russell on January 25, 2002. Shawn was a housewife with lots of hobbies of which included canning food, playing games especially family game nights, building mini Legos, and spending hours doing Color by Dots. She had a strong Christian faith and enjoyed going on Christian retreats and doing Missionary work. She was a member of the New Life Full Gospel Church in Black Rock.
Survivors include her husband Heith of Walnut Ridge; six children, Cody (Kazair Keaton) Augustine, Felicia (Pio Khounvisay) Russell, Dalton Russell, Bailee Russell, Kyle (Bailee) Russell, and Blakeley Russell; four grandchildren, Matthew Augustine, Jason Augustine, Jasmine Augustine, and Dean Kavach; her father, Allen (Kathy) Stinnett; her mother, Taressia (Gaylon) Russell; one brother, Jason (Lisa) Stinnett; a special sister, Shandra Higgins; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be Monday, October 5, 2026, at 10 A.M. in the New Life Full Gospel Church with Chad Burton officiating. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Andy Carter, Timmy Higgins, Jeremy Beary, John Mills, Shay Brewer, and Ken Brown. Interment will follow in the Oak Forest Cemetery in Black Rock.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 5 PM to 8 PM in the New Life Full Gospel Church in Black Rock.
