James Carpenter was arrested and booked into the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Detention Center in the early morning hours of September 2nd according to booking records.
Carpenter was booked on a charge of Domestic Battery-3rd Degree
Carpenter is currently awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
