43 year old, Robert Castleman of Pocahontas was arrested and booked into the RCSO Detention Center on Monday August 31st by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office.
Castleman is charged with:
Manufacturing A Controlled Substance-Sch. VI
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
Unlawful Burning
Castleman is currently incarcerated awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
