Lawrence County 4-H is holding a Cardboard Boat Regatta at Lake Charles State Park!!
Join us for this Cardboard Boat Race on October 10, starting at 1 pm. There are 4 divisions: Youth under 14, Youth over 14, Adult, and Instant. The Instant division requires you to build your boat at the race with provided materials while the other categories allow you to build your boat before race day with allowed supplies.
Awards will include:
Titanic Award: Most dramatic or spectacular sinking
MacGyver Award: Winner of instant division
Van Gogh Award: Most Creative Boat
All Hands on Deck Award: Most team spirit
1st, 2nd, & 3rd place in each category
