According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Billy Plunkett, 52 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on August 24th for probation violations.
Bryce Byler, 22 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on August 25th for driving on a suspended driver’s license, false imprisonment, domestic battery 3rd degree, and terroristic threatening 2nd degree.
Kaleb Welch, 32 of Mountain Home, was arrested on August 26th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for probation violations.
Jensen Rivera, 24 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on August 26th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear as well as failure to register a vehicle and no proof of insurance. Rivera also had a warrant for failure to appear out of the Fulton County District Court.
Kevin Burton, 47 of Franklin, was arrested on August 29th for fictitious vehicle license, no vehicle registration, no proof of insurance, driving on a suspended driver’s license, tampering with an interlock device, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and DWI 2nd offense.
Kurtis Hofmann, 34 of Sidney, was arrested on August 30th for assault on a family or household member 3rd degree.
