18 year old, Donald David Beaty of Cherokee Village was arrested on Saturday August 29 and booked into the Sharp County Detention Center.
Beaty was booked on charges of:
Removal Of A Vehicle Involved In Accident (causing damage to vehicle or personal property)
Resisting Arrest
Endangering The Welfare Of A Minor-2nd Degree (knowingly risk serious physical/mental harm)
Fleeing On Foot
Fleeing In A Vehicle
DWI-1st Offense
Beaty is currently incarcerated in the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
