According to the affidavit, Madison Lynn Junkersfeld was arrested after Randolph County Dispatch was notified on August 20th that Madison Lynn Junkersfeld showed up at a residence belonging to her mother at 2600 Country Club Road. Dispatch stated that Junkersfeld was at the residence due to her mother allegedly having some of her mail.
Deputies with RCSO contacted Holly Watson (Junkersfeld’s mother) by phone to ask about the mail. Watson stated she did not have Junkersfeld’s mail. Watson stated she wanted Junkersfeld off her property according to the affidavit.
While on the phone with deputies, Watson texted Junkersfeld, “Madison you need to leave, you are not welcome here right now.” Watson then went to Junkersfeld’s vehicle and told her again. Junkersfeld would not leave the property after being told be Watson.
Four officers responded to the residence on Country Club Road, when they arrived Junkersfeld was sitting in her car in the driveway of the residence.
Deputies ordered Junkersfeld to exit the vehicle, Junkersfeld ignored the lawful command and stayed in the vehicle. When a deputy was about to break the window, Junkersfeld exited the vehicle and was placed in custody.
Deputies spoke with Holly Watson, she stated that Junkersfeld called her at work, screaming that she was gonna make damn sure that Glen Smith never came to her house again. Junkersfeld then stated she was going to make sure that Glen Smith never came back, and if he did, she was going to shoot him. Watson showed deputies text messages that Junkersfeld sent her. In the messages Junkersfeld states,”I’m going away, y’all don’t ever have to worry about me again because either I’m going to f**king jail today or committing suicide since NOBODY GIVES A F**K ABOUT ME”.
Deputies conducted a tow inventory log of Junkersfeld’s vehicle. Inside her vehicle was a purse belonging to Junkersfeld. Inside the purse was a black handgun with five full metal jacket bullets in the magazine, inside the purse was also a free plastic straw with a white crystal residue inside. The residue inside the straw field tested positive for Methamphetamine. Deputies also located a hard clear plastic container with a white crystal-like substance inside. The substance tested positive for Methamphetamine. The substance also later had a total weight of .330 grams.
Junkersfeld was arrested by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office before being transferred to the Greene County Detention Center.
