Shortly after 9:30am on Wednesday, Lynn Volunteer Fire Department, Strawberry Volunteer Fire Department and a medical unit from MedicOne Ambulance were dispatched to a chicken house on Lawrence 323 after Lawrence County E-911 received a report of a 32 year old female who been severely shocked after coming into contact with an electrical source.
Strawberry and Lynn Fire arrived on scene shortly after the call went out, a medical helicopter from Survival Flight was requested to the scene.
The patient was flown to a Jonesboro hospital for treatment.
