Wyatt McIntare 20, of Pocahontas, passed away Monday, August 17, 2026. He was born April 6, 2006, in Newport, Arkansas to Sam and Echo McIntare.
Wyatt was employed by H3 Poultry services where he worked with his close friend Kayden Bennett. He was a graduate of Maynard High School, class of 2024. Wyatt had a love for racing, singing, writing songs, playing guitar, hunting, and fishing. Wyatt enjoyed spending his free time with family and friends, and most of all working on the race cars with his dad. He will be remembered for the love he had for his family, his goofy personality, big smile, and the memories he made with those closest to him.
On July 23, 2025, Wyatt welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Wrenley Anne Rain McIntare, whom he loved dearly. Not only was he a devoted husband and father, but a devoted stepfather to his three stepsons, Colton, Weston, and Kason Smith.
In addition to his parents, Wyatt is survived by his wife of 1 year, Sydney McIntare of the home; daughter, Wrenley-Anne McIntare of the home; stepsons, Colton, Weston, and Kason Smith; sister, Hailey (Quentin) Pickett of Smithville; niece and nephew, Paisley and Ripley Pickett of Smithville; nephew, Waylon Thielemier of Pocahontas; maternal grandparents, Vance and Regina Cartwright of Ravenden Springs; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.
Wyatt was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John Ed McIntare and Chiquita Wilson; paternal aunt, Dorothy Tucker; and his Maternal Nanny, Joyce Cox.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 21, 2026, at 12:00 pm in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel with Hampton “Peanut” Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Janes Cemetery.
Pallbearers for exiting the funeral into the trailer are Kaden Bennett, Quentin Pickett, Tysan Cartwright, Brayden Russell, Peyton Cartwright, Dewayne Helms, and David Barger.
Pallbearers for going from the trailer to the grave site are John Hays, Jared Hays, Jeremy Russell, Jase Nelson, Hunter Trevillion, Philip Salter, Brian Junkersfeld, and Chris Junkersfeld.
Honorary Pallbearers are Alex Redman, Jason Nelson, Calvin Beard, Terry Hill, Randy Tribble, Chris Nichols, Levi Martin, Camren Cartwright, Bentlee Cartwright, and Bobby Owens.
