Pocahontas Man Arrested On Battery And Interfering With Emergency Communications
32 year old, Kyle Smith of Pocahontas was arrested by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on Friday August 7th 2026.
Smith was booked on charges of Domestic Battery-3rd Degree and Interfering With Emergency Communications-2nd Degree
Smith is currently incarcerated in the RCSO Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
