On Wednesday August 5th 2026, two men were booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center by the Black Rock Police Department with assistance from Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies and Arkansas State Police.
Juan Carlos Lopez Diaz and Alonzo Velazquez Bravo were both arrested and booked into the LCSO Detention Center under the charges “Hold For Other Agency”.
