35 year old, Ryan Franco of Ravenden was arrested on Friday July 17, 2026 by the Pocahontas Police Department and booked into the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center according to booking records.
Franco was booked into the Detention Center on charges of:

(2 counts) Failure To Dispose Of Animal Carcasses
