Obituary: Shelia May Morris

Shelia May Morris, 65 of Walnut Ridge passed away July 3, 2026, at the St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Born May 23, 1962, in Imboden, AR, she was the daughter of Charles “Mack” and Lucille Morris. She worked most of her life as a lunch lady at the Hoxie School and enjoyed the outdoors, spending time with her family, and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her father Mack, mother Lucille, husband Kirk, older sister Anne, younger sister Tracy.
Survivors include her oldest son Shon of Jonesboro, AR, with grandchildren Payton and Barrett, and youngest son Derek of Kapolei, HI, with grandchildren of Kacey, Kara, Kamila, and Kaydynce with many other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
