Dakota Riley Timms of Jonesboro was booked into the LCSO Detention Center on Wednesday July 15th 2026 according to court documents.
Timms is charged with:
Aggravated Assault
Aggravated Residential Burglary
Battery-2nd Degree
The charges stem from an assault with injuries that took place at a residence in Walnut Ridge back in September of 2025.
Timms is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
