Dakota Harley Lee was arrested on Tuesday July 14th 2026 and booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center on a Bench Warrant.
The warrant was issued for Aggravated Assault On A Family Or Household Member.
According to the affidavit, on Monday July 13th Lee assaulted a female victim during an argument, the victim stated she was hit several times causing bleeding, grabbed by the throat leaving marks and slammed to the ground before the victim finally made it to a neighboring house to call for help.
Lee is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
