According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All people are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Lisa McCumber, 64 of Norfork, was arrested on June 29th for defective lights, noise or smoke producing device, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. She was also charged as a habitual offender.
Logan Phelps, 30 of Melbourne, was arrested on June 29th on a warrant out of Fulton County for failure to appear.
Blake Moss, 38 of Olathe KS, was arrested on July 2nd on a warrant out of KS for a petition to revoke supervision. Moss is also awaiting formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
Johnson Clark, 19 of Cabot, was arrested on July 3rd for driving with no driver’s license and DWI.
Natalie Hagan, 19 of Calico Rock, was arrested on July 3rd for domestic battery 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a minor 3rd degree.
Blake Hagan, 27 of Calico Rock, was arrested on July 3rd for domestic battery 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a minor 3rd degree.
Eric Krahl, 53 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on July 3rd for no vehicle license and driving on a suspended driver’s license. Krahl also had a warrant out of Fulton County for failure to appear.
