42 year old, Frank Flanigan of Walnut Ridge was booked into the Randolph County Detention Center on Friday July 3rd 2026 according to online records.
Flanigan was booked on charges of Felony Absconding.
Flanigan is currently incarcerated in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting his next hearing.
