This recipe for cheesy spinach dip is my attempt at recreating a restaurant dip we once tried. I’ve made it for years for various family gatherings because it does make a lot! You can cut the recipe to your liking if you aren’t serving a crowd but I usually keep the cream cheese ratio.
You can use any chip you like but I prefer a tortilla chip with a hint of lime or Tostitos salsa verde chips.
Lightly stir your ingredients into a glass baking dish and place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes until everything is all melty and lightly browned on top.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup frozen spinach
Jar of any type of salsa
Can of condensed milk
Three cups shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
Tortilla chips of your choice
