57 year old, Timothy Dean Clark of Mammoth Spring is currently incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center after he allegedly inappropriately touched a male coworker according to court documents.
Due to Clark being a high-risk convicted offender, this incident led to additional charges after investigators discovered Clark was not in compliance with the conditions of his release.
Clark is now charged with:
Probation Violation
Sexual Assault In The 4th Degree
Failure To Comply Registration And Reporting Requirements
Bond was set at $15,750 with a first appearance court date set for June 8th 2026.
