William Mullen IV of Imboden was arrested and booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center on Tuesday.
Mullen IV is charged with 13 felony offenses. According to the arrest affidavit, Mullen IV was charged with (9 counts) Possession Or Use Of Child Sexual Abuse Material (Class B Felony), (4 counts) Failure To Comply With Registration And Reporting Requirements (Class C Felony)
