Peggy Joyce Oldham, 88, of Batesville, passed away April 10, 2026, in the White River Medical Center.
Born June 16, 1937, in Albion, AR; Peggy was a loving Wife, Mother and Mamaw, who enjoyed playing and watching all children playing sports, gardening, crocheting, sewing, Wheel-of-Fortune, Yahtzee, and learning new things. She was surrounded by those who loved her as she peacefully took her last breath. She touched lives of everyone that she met with love, kindness, and respect. She will be deeply missed by all of those who have met and known her.
Preceded in Death: By both parents Eula Davis and Clarence Reynolds, husband Charles David Oldham (husband of 47 years), Siblings, Bill and Lennis Reynolds, Alpha Hensley, Iris Emmenette Shelby, Sharon Birmingham, Children, Kathy Finney, Chuck and Steve Oldham, great-granddaughter Brylee Verser, and great-great grandson Gus Milam.
Surviving children: Carla Ramsey (Jeff), Diana Polton; grandchildren: Larry Kelley, Brianna Shaw (Joe), Chas Melton(James), Season Polston, Michael Addington and family, Peggy Holland (Earl), Mary Alice Oldham, Missy Walker (Erik Wax), Brittany Griffin, Jessica Kennedy, Carson Hausman (Logan); great grandchildren: Gavin Kelley, Katie Smithee, Jayden Finney (Miesha), Jonas Melton, Braylen Melton, Rafe Melton, Carly Milam (Seth), Shayne Fisher (Kim), Hollie Smith (John), Mariah Barnett, Madi Joyce, Seth Bargiel, Landon Bargiel, Alyssa Johnson (Alec Cater) , Skyla Riley (Andrew), Everett Walker, Hayden Kennedy, Mason Hausman, Stevie Marie, Clovie Hausman, Lettie Hausman; great-great grandchildren: Easton, Jackson, and Wrenley Milam, Brileigh Marlin, Brecken and Brooks Smithee, Grayson and Mason Fisher, Maeva Smith, Valley Stephenson, AJ and Delilah Cater, Elijah Finney; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 2 P.M. in the Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge with Jeff Chandler officiating. Pallbearers: Earl Holland, Shayne Fisher, Erik Wax, Seth Milam, Alec Cater, and Andrew Riley. Honorary Pallbearers: Darrell Birmingham, Seth and Landon Bargiel, and Jeff Ramsey.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 P.M. till 1:45 P.M. in the Bryan Funeral Home in Hoxie.
