According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
James Magouirk, 35 of Melbourne, was returned for court on the charges of maintaining a drug premises, possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime.
Daison Faver, 30 of Glenco, was arrested on April 6th on a warrant for parole violations.
Delilah Endress, 65 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 8th on a felony failure to appear warrant out of Bourbon County Kansas.
Donald Hill, 51 of Sidney, was arrested on April 9th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime.
David Jones, 55 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 9th on a warrant out of Montague County, TX for sexual abuse of a child.
Jacob Raeber, 45 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 11th for open container of alcohol and DWI.
Linda Burkard, 66 of Livingston TX, was arrested on April 11th for DWI.
